Hi Dancers,
Hope everyone is enjoying the summer and staying cool!
We have been asked to perform at the Big E this year on Saturday Sept 19 at 11am at the Storrowtown Gazebo.
I am inviting all dancers to perform, however there are a few requirements.
I will be having 2 mandatory practices that all dancers will have to attend.
If you can't make BOTH practices, you won't be able to join us for the show.
The first practice will be Sunday Aug 30 at the Boyle. The time will be the same time as your class this past year -- except 10am class will be at 11am.
The second practice will be Saturday Sept 12. Times will be the same as the Aug 30 times. These mandatory practices are to ensure everyone has a refresher of their class dances.
ADULTS - Your practices days are Monday Aug 31 at 7:30pm and Monday Sept 14, 7:30pm
All Dancers: If you can make both your scheduled practices, please signup for the show on your app.
The Big E is providing limited entry and parking passes. The only fair way to determine who receives a pass is to put all committed dancer names into a lottery. Please note, If you sign up you are not guaranteed a pass. Pass winners will be announced after Sept 12.
We are scheduled to perform on Sept 19 at 11am for one hour. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy the Big E.
